Family Snowshoe Ski Event

On January 11, 2010 Peninsula State Park had an event for families that wanted to get together and have fun snowshoeing and skiing  in the park.  Dick Wilcox set tracks wandering over the golf course.  About 30 people participated that day and really enjoyed this event.  Nick and Gail Anderson, both accomplished cross country skiers, were on hand to assist those that wanted to ski.  Gary and Michelle Kemp, avid snowshoe enthusiasts, led the snowshoe group.
